I began my career in estate agency 16 years ago and was managing my own teams within 3 years. During my time I have worked for leading corporate and independent estate agents across London (working my way up to senior level) providing a first-class service to hundreds of home movers.
In many of my roles I wasn’t able to offer clients the service they needed, which is why I moved to work for myself. I never take on a client unless I am sure I can give them the time and attention they need, but just as importantly – achieve the results they want.
This is a really important point as whilst I’ll strive to achieve your desired results, I will be honest from the start as to whether they’re realistic. It would be very easy for me to tell you ‘don’t worry I can achieve ‘£££’ or your home is great it’s worth ’£££’ just to ensure I list your home. However, that is NOT the approach I adopt. I will provide you with an honest and realistic analysis of what you can expect to achieve (supported my current real time market evidence) plus a strategy that fits in with YOUR circumstances.

The housing market is fast-paced and continually changing, and I never get complacent. Market trends, changing marketing methods, and new technologies all provide constant new situations to gain experience from.
While estate agents might not immediately seem creative, this path definitely provides career opportunities to showcase my imaginative side. From choosing the right photos for listings to creating blog posts for websites or producing a property video to ensure maximum exposure across social media, I’m always looking at creative ways to market a client’s property.
From bizarre property quirks to buyers with a long list of house must-haves, selling homes brings with it an array of challenges and problems to be solved. I love these challenges because I relish finding solutions outside of the box.
Providing people with reassurance and peace of mind through my extensive experience in the local property market is really rewarding. But the help doesn’t stop there. Helping people within the community daily is something that I have started doing over the last few years, and I have to say, if this were a bread earner, I would happily do this full time. I am in a unique position where I work closely with people in and around the community, both its people and its local business owners, and I love doing what I can to help all those in and around the Tooting area.
