Preparation & Staging
If required, I have a network of suppliers/contractors including cleaners, home stagers, builders, decorators, architects, designers, furniture rental, plumbers and electricians. This enables me to provide assistance with projects of any size from minor decorating and repair to complete refurbishment. ?
Photography & Floorplans
I will arrange for our professional photographers to visit your home to take photos and prepare a floor plan. An EPC can also be completed at this time if you do not already have a current one.?
